PRE CONSTRUCTION PRICING — NOT A PRE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
Marsh Manor is currently available at special pre-construction retreat rates while we are in our capital-raising, design, and planning phase for the future High Tide Collective flagship property.
While the property has not yet gone through its full transformation, the current guest homes are lovely, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. This is not a five-star luxury boutique hotel experience yet, but it is a warm, beautiful, private retreat setting designed to help guests feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.
The River House and Cottage are decorated guest homes with comfortable gathering spaces, crisp clean linens, wonderful towels, fully appointed kitchens, and the essentials needed for a relaxed and memorable stay. The houses are stocked to support a great guest experience, whether your group is gathering for a company offsite, wellness weekend, creative workshop, mastermind, or private retreat.
During this phase, guests receive the best of both worlds: access to a special property at early retreat pricing, with the comfort, charm, and hospitality needed to host a meaningful group experience now.

Combined capacity: Up to 16 overnight attendees, double occupancy, across the River House and the Cottage. Bathrooms are shared; retreat hosts should confirm guests are comfortable with this setup before booking.
For retreats with fewer than 16 attendees, hosts may stay in the retreat houses with their group. If a retreat sells out at 16 attendees, there may not be separate host rooms available in the retreat houses. In that case, we may be able to accommodate up to two hosts in the Manor House for a small additional host lodging fee.
Marsh Manor currently offers private use of two thoughtfully appointed retreat homes: the River House and the Cottage.
The homes are comfortable, decorated, and fully stocked for a wonderful guest experience, with crisp clean linens, quality towels, fully appointed kitchens, inviting gathering areas, and the essentials needed for a relaxed group stay.
When you book a retreat at Marsh Manor, your group has private use of the retreat houses and access to the surrounding property, including outdoor gathering areas, and kayaks.
Because this is a pre-construction offering, the experience is intimate, personal, and flexible. Marsh Manor has not yet become the fully built-out High Tide Collective retreat destination, but it is already a beautiful place to gather, rest, connect, and create something memorable.
